Omni Inventive Care is currently seeking a master’s degree therapist to work with individuals and families in the Omaha area providing both outpatient therapy and Intensive Family Preservation services. Under the supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services and working cooperatively with Omni Administration, this therapist will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, diagnostic screening, clinical evaluation, and treatment of the client/family assigned. This includes engaging in teaching parenting and behavior management skills, communication, coping skills, and problem-solving practice. This therapist will perform technical tasks in assessment, treatment monitoring, skill training, and data management in the home, office, or community setting. The position requires the individual to assess, develop, and implement intensive treatment services to individuals and families with socio-economic issues and mental illness. This therapist must develop treatment goals for the individual/family assigned, provide direction to the outpatient specialists on their team, and collaborate with other providers.
