Job Description
This position will report to the Head of Global Rewards and be responsibility for oversight of the global benefits programs, including the corporate LiveWell wellbeing strategy and associated programs. This position will independently manage the external partners associated with those plans, and foster collaboration with the zone internal partners, particularly Rewards and Communications.

This position will be responsible for recommending and implementing strategy, design, process, administration and communications. This individual will serve as the corporate benefits consultant as it relates to the plans under the defined responsibility with all global HR professionals, and be directly accountable for the global healthcare, business travel and global pension plan administration. The Manager will work closely with other plan managers, communications teams, other cross-functional departments, as well as consultants and legal counsel to ensure plans are well-understood, utilized, performing and compliant.
Own the LiveWell wellbeing strategy, program and systems to achieve high employee engagement and support the employee value proposition. This includes the event calendars and LiveWell global information hub, and country benefit summaries. Drive further enhancements with a wellbeing champion program.
Provide the global benefit plan oversight, including governance, analysis and inventory of approved plans. Understand the insured and non-insured benefit plan offerings, design, providers and benefit administrators to ensure that benefits are at market, performing per plan, the design meets minimum standards for employees, and that the communications are clear, timely and understood in conjunction with the zone benefit leads.
Organize the Global Benefits Management Steering committee with Willis Towers Watson, as global broker and management service provider.
Manage the Global Benefits Administration site (Benefits Insight) through Willis Towers Watson with up to date information and data. Keep abreast of benefit and industry changes and benchmarking across the globe.
Ensure proper reporting of international plan management from the Zone EBAB to Global EBAB (Employee Benefits Administration Board).
Own the Global Rewards survey initiative, from agreed content to survey execution, results analysis and action plans in collaboration with the zone partners.
Interact closely with Global Mobility group to ensure a smooth transition for transferring employees and plan availability for remote workers to ensure proper support of healthcare.
Responsible for the ongoing administration of the global healthcare, business travel and global pension plan policies, eligibility, cost management, and administrative tools and resources.
Manage the global Recognition platform post-implementation.
Responsible for related annual KPIs, deliverables and tracking of results.

Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive benefits or Human Resource experience, international or wellbeing experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
Fundamental knowledge of and ability to collaborate with all cross-functional areas such other HR functions, Communications, and Finance
Strong leadership abilities and a self-starter
Adept at building collaborative relationships quickly across all levels in the organization
Ability to lead change efforts across geographies with peers to the varied employee populations
Comfortable with a high level of autonomy with ability to drive priorities
Focused on delivering outstanding results
Robust analytical skillset, problem-solving and project management skills
Ability to assess, design and recommend organization changes & simplification
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
