Longacre has been helping property owners in the Lehigh Valley area (Berks County, Montgomery County , Bucks County, Chester County) for 100+ years. Currently, we are a one-stop hub for everything related to a property (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen/bath).

What you’ll be doing
● Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
● Execute kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing.
● Install cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tiles, flooring, and other elements to meet design specifications and functional requirements.
● Provide expert guidance on space utilization, layout optimization, and material selection to achieve optimal results.
● Ensure all remodeling work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
What we are looking for
● Passion for your craft and the desire to be a part of a company that wants to be the best home services provider in the state.
● High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in construction, remodeling, or related field is preferred.
● Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
● Proficiency in various remodeling tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and finishing.
● Solid understanding of design principles, space planning, andmaterial selection for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
● Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges during remodeling projects.
● Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and collaboration with team members.
