Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the entire recruitment process end to end, from creating job postings and reviewing applications to scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and extending offers.

Develops and runs a robust onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a thorough and engaging introduction to the company and its culture.

Manages the offboarding process, facilitating in-depth collection of transitioning employee feedback.

Oversees the administration of employee benefits, leave of absence, and accommodation programs, along with managing worker’s compensation and unemployment claims, and handling employment verifications.

Supports the administration of HRIS (Gusto) and other HR systems (Employee Navigator, Mozzo, TextMagic, etc.), while creating, organizing, and maintaining digital HR files in SharePoint.

Coordinates various engagement-related activities, including coordination of small group sessions to gather employee feedback, and administration of the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey.

Plans and coordinates employee celebration and recognition program events and activities.

Maintains and updates the company calendar with key dates and priorities, and coordinates with various teams to ensure alignment and completion of action items within established deadlines.

Coordinates and tracks completion of required training programs for employees and people managers.

Compiles and timely submits all mandatory regulatory external and ad-hoc internal HR reports.

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on human resources management experience.

Thorough knowledge of federal, WA state, and local employment-related laws and regulations.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on human resource management experience.

SHRM-CP and/or PHR credential.

Experience with HRIS (Paylocity) systems.

Experience working in a high-growth, high-pace, high-bar LEAN manufacturing company.

Focused HR expertise in a specific functional area of choice.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Being physically present and available at our Woodinville location, and at our Monroe location starting in March 2025.

Available to visit our Campus Place, Mukilteo location as needed.
