Reporting to the Paranoids Director, Security Program Management this individual manages both operational and investment budgets in support of the Oath Security Programs. In this role you’ll coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Tier One Suppliers, and other engineers and leaders throughout the company to help us protect over a billion users.

Oath is currently seeking a strong Security Business Operations Manager with a desire to focus on information security to join the Paranoids Program Management Office (PMO).
This role provides significant growth in knowledge and experience in the areas of information security, program management, and business change management.
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning and executing projects within the information security portfolio, driven by the Paranoids and/or other partner organizations.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for engaging with Yahoo engineers, managers, and leaders to evaluate and balance between security projects and business impacts.
Candidates should be familiar with common project/program management principles as well as demonstrated understanding of the PMBOK (PMI) and Lean Six Sigma (ASQ) frameworks.
Budget: Builds & maintains the Paranoids operational & investment budget.
Procurement : Facilitate the capital approval request (CAR) process
Procurement: Facilitate the engineering design and manage the procure-to-pay processes.
Reporting: Provide weekly Tech updates: techpost, roadmap, snapshots, & launch calendar
Reporting: Build & maintain the Paranoids program and operational dashboards
Engagement: Facilitate the quarterly business review (QBR) process for key Properties.
Engagement: Facilitate the quarterly Paranoids Operational Review
Supplier Mgmt: Manage Suppliers & facilitate the quarterly business review (QBR) process.
Supplier Mgmt: Build and manage the software license expiration calendar
Supplier Mgmt: Manage the onboarding and offboarding for third party staff
Training: Build and maintain the Paranoids training matrix
You Must Have
Education / Certifications / Experience
Bachelor degree with a preference in Engineering, Finance or technical related field.
Advanced degree preferred: Masters, MBA or PhD.
One of the following certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum Master, Six Sigma
One of the following security certifications are preferred: CISM or CISSP
7-10 years of technical program management or business operations experience
7-10 years of people management or team management experience.
Experience leading Enterprise transformational programs.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
Experience leading programs to completion, including conducting postmortems.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Jira ticketing, able to generate metrics & reports.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting security metrics
Working knowledge of attacker lifecycles and defender strategies.
Familiarity with security frameworks: NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001/2.
Experience with technologies and processes such as networks, encryption, vulnerability management, identity and access management, endpoint management, risk management, and cloud services.
