Summary/Objective
Educate and inform new residents by coordinating new owner orientation sessions and provide details concerning the community and property, including building policies and procedures as well as guide and assist owners throughout the entire orientation process.

Duties and Essential Functions

Educate new unit owners on community details, including; rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Hosts and coordinates weekly new owner experience orientation. Present information about the owner rules and regulations in a group or individual setting; in English and/or Spanish language.
Provides answers to resident questions and resolves any resident concerns. Diffuse difficult situations in a professional and diplomatic manner, while upholding and adhering to the policies and procedures adopted the community and the Board of Directors.
Reviews documents and completed paperwork submitted by new owners to ensure accuracy.
Works closely with management and developer and serves as a representative between new owners and management.

Work Environment
This position will often be working primarily indoors. The position will require team member to sit and stand frequently. Low to moderate noise level in the workplace.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms. Noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a temporary, full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. The position is expected to be active for approximately up to 120 days (3-4 months). Once all the new owner orientations are completed, the position will be eliminated.
Days and hours of work will be determined at each location site. The position may require holiday and weekend work. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company”

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum three (3) years of experience in related industry. More than five (5) years of experience in a similar role and industry, for candidates without a bachelor’s degree.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
