This position is hybrid and will require in-office days. Non-local candidates will not be considered.

This role is perfect for someone who can:
- Provide strategic support and manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for the CEO
- Improve on, and implement new systems & processes
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel
- Handle all communication on behalf of the CEO (calls, emails, social media, media requests, staff questions, meeting follow-up, etc)
- Plan and organize events such as meetings, conferences, training events, business dinners, etc.
- Act as the information hub for the executive office
- Communicate with various department leaders to accumulate data to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and documents
- Prepare information and research for the CEO
- Follow up on action items from AI meeting minutes
- Prioritize items that need the executive's attention
- Act as eyes and ears for the leadership team, make recommendations as needed
- Also, act as Personal Assistant as needed
- Train, manage, and supervise other assistants, administrative staff, and receptionists
