Working in conjunction with Field HR partners through the associate onboarding process
Creating materials that support the delivery of employment compliance initiatives and requirements by creating and managing task timelines; and formatting and maintaining data.
Supporting employment compliance in developing strategies, practices, systems, and personnel-related activities by conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate existing trends; analyzing and interpreting data; and translating data analysis into recommendations that are aligned with business objectives.
Identifying business requirements for employment compliance systems by preparing information and data analysis for consideration; developing and participating in testing Employment Compliance technology; and conducting test scenarios to support proposals and resolutions.
Providing decision support to employment compliance by sourcing, organizing, and analyzing data and information; and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the business to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations (for example, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Titles I and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act), and company policies and procedures by analyzing and interpreting reports; implementing and monitoring employment compliance processes; implementing action plans to improve performance; and ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.
Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
