This position is the support for the General Manager.
This position will be required to have a basic understanding of all GM responsibilities and the ability to carry out those tasks in lieu of the absence of the GM. However, this position will primarily be a back of house position.
The position will be a night shift position primarily. Fluency of kitchen operations and thorough understanding of POS software is required. Excellent customer service skills a must. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of safe food handling and requirements of health department policies. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain composure in a fast paced customer centric operation is also a must. Must also maintain a neat and professional appearance and work areas. Ability to work as a member and help lead a team of people is a must.
