Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all food and beverage activities within the business, to include planning, preparation, production and control for all outlets and banquet facilities to meet The Dupont Circle Hotel’s standards of quality.
Your main duties will include but won't be limited to:

Attain food and beverage sales goals by executing marketing strategies and controlling costs.

Achieve profitability goals for restaurants, bars, catering and room service while providing the guest with quality service.

Achieve catering goals by ensuring that marketing and sales strategies are executed in order to maximize sales and that customer service standards are adhered to.
