Temp-Tec Corporation currently has openings for both HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installers. We are seeking self-motivated and self-sufficient individuals with minimum of 5 years experience servicing, installing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment ranging from 1-500+ tons. Individuals with less experience, that are eager to learn, are encouraged to apply as well.
Our contracts vary from retail, commercial office buildings, and industrial facilities throughout Southern California. Our company thrives on customer service and completing all jobs in a timely and professional manner. Pay rate is highly competitive and will be based on experience and certifications. Clean DMV record will be required. DMV check, drug test and background checks may be part of our hiring process as well as onsite testing. Knowledge and experience with EMS and BAS control systems is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Respond to emergency service/maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Location of Service:
- Technicians and Installers to service Southern California (Mainly Los Angeles County)
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (5+ years experience desired)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem and critical thinking skills
- Excellent DMV record
- Universal certification, including 410A
- NATE certified
- Self motivated
- Great customer relation skills
- Knowledge in energy management systems
- Must be available for full-time position
- Own tools required
