POSITION OVERVIEW:

Sales Consultant is the chief influencer of empowering families to create memorable fun experiences. The primary function of this role is to motivate our guest and/or current owners to purchase Holiday Inn Club Vacation Ownership. This position can be assigned to work with oneof the following lines of: Elite, Latitudes, Owner, Action, Customer Care Owner, Telesales, or Customer Care Specialty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Conducts one-on-one sales presentations and resort property tours
  • Sells guests or owners on Holiday Inn Club Vacation Ownership program
  • Participates in professional training classes and assessments for continuous improvement
  • Drives to meet or exceed personal and departmental goals everyday
  • Builds relationships with internal departments and stakeholders to close deals
  • Ensures all guest questions are answered in a professional, informative, and diplomatic manner

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Higher Education Encouraged
  • Active Real Estate License may be required for certain locations(ie: Florida, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee)
  • Strong Oral Communication Skills
