You have solid paid media digital marketing experience and are poised to take that next leap in your career. You are passionate about paid media marketing and fascinated by the world of performance-based marketing, analytics and technology. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Develop and execute online Affiliate marketing paid media strategies to generate quality leads.
Collaborate with partners to identify trends and insights to implement online paid media campaigns.
Manage performance across various paid media traffic sources to produce sales at target CPAs.
Prospect for and onboard new Affiliate partners.
Negotiate, manage and execute contracts for the Affiliate channel.
Monitor affiliate performance-based campaign activity, utilize data to analyze performance and identify areas of performance improvement/optimization.
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with Affiliate partners.
May create some digital advertising for affiliate campaigns in conjunction with in-house creative and content resources.
Maintain consistent and clear communications between external and internal partners.
Audit affiliate websites for compliance and collaborate with legal team to resolve violations.
Coordinate billing with accounting to research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Perform various administrative tasks in support of the Marketing Department.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, Business or other relevant fields (or equivalent).
Must have 1+ years’ marketing work experience in paid digital media, e-commerce and/or affiliate marketing (excluding internships).
Must have intermediate skills in Excel and Word.
Google Analytics Certification and/or experience preferred.
Google AdWords Certification and/or experience preferred.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager to create/run ads, set/manage budgets/billing, monitor/ optimize performance highly desirable.
Knowledge of performance-based paid media metrics such as CPA, EPC, Clicks and Conversion Rates.
Must possess very strong people skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to network, build and maintain strong business partner relationships.
Must have high interest in paid digital marketing and eagerness to learn more.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve goals working independently and with teams.
Creative problem solver and ability to analyze data.
Salesforce experience helpful.
