The VP, Finance is part of the Finance & Accounting team who will report directly to the CFO with exposure to the highest levels of the Company. This is a challenging role of scaling the finance and accounting team while driving critical business decisions.


  • Direct all aspects of the accounting operations ensuring the integrity of accounting books and records
  • Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures
  • Coordinate, prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Analyze the Company’s financial results with respect to growth, trends, costs and compliance with budget
  • Oversee accounting and financial reporting process for the U.S operating/holding companies and UK subsidiary
  • Scale the accounting and finance department as the Company grows
  • Manage cash flow and provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support the Company’s growth
  • Partner with FP&A in the preparation of the annual budget, reforecasts and other ad-hoc analyses
  • Coordinate and manage the annual financial statement audit by Company’s independent CPA firm
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of income and other tax returns by outside accountants
  • Management of banking relationships
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to accounting staff



  • 10 – 15 years of experience, with a mixture of public accounting and operating company experience. SEC reporting knowledge and experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with CPA designation (currently licensed)
  • Prior management experience with a demonstrable increase in responsibilities over time
  • Experience at a private equity backed company and/or high-growth startup is highly desirable
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly desirable
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system or similar software
  • Comfortable working flexible and long hours, as required
  • Keen sense of personal and professional integrity
