In line with our goals, we seek an experienced, mission driven Executive Assistant to play a critical role on our team. The Executive Assistant position has important internal and external facing responsibilities. Internally, the Executive Assistant will create leverage for the CEO and the team by supporting their work. Within our multidisciplinary team, collaboration and communication are critical and the Executive Assistant is a lynch pin for facilitating our projects and amplifying our collective impact. As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a key link, stitching together and integrating the different facets of the company.

Externally, one of the most important responsibilities in this role will be capturing the concerns and issues that clients present us with and articulating those concerns clearly to the team. Your ability to coordinate this information flow is crucial to ensure that we provide the best customer service possible and that we always design and build tools with the customer's perspective in mind. With your help, we will improve the delivery of healthcare by thoroughly understanding our clients’ needs and continuously learning from the healthcare practitioners with whom we work.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior comparable experience in an administrative, project management, logistics, or operations role
  • Shown ability to manage complex schedules and logistics
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office software and other productivity software
  • Adept at using Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs
  • Adept at Asana or similar task management software
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus but not required

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing full support to the CEO
  • Setting agendas, preparing presentations, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Interacting and communicating with clients to facilitate projects and organize work
  • Promoting positive team culture
  • Coordinating information flow within the team and between the team and clients
  • Developing internal operational policies and processes
