About the Role
Join the leader in professional loudspeakers and help us design and develop the next generation of cutting-edge performance audio solutions. Our Professional Solutions Team is seeking an experienced and innovative product manager responsible for the development, management, and support of current and future products as it relates to our performance audio portfolio, including loudspeakers and associated amplifiers DSP, and software.
This position will report directly to the Director, Performance Audio.
What You Will Do
Develop product road map(s) and manage product lifecycles by conducting ongoing market analysis for new loudspeaker products.
Gather market research for new/existing products and generate market/product reports as needed
Develop product assets such as user manuals, spec sheets, catalogs, PowerPoints, etc
Assist in product launches to ensure sales force readiness, accurate forecast, and product transitions
Work with internal and external resources to create product launch materials, including; videos, web pages, product photography, and other marketing material
Provide input in accurately forecasting revenue from new and existing products in the market
Monitor and report on the current global competitive landscape
What You Need
BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or related field.
Minimum five years of product management experience.
Minimum five years of install or live sound experience with a focus on loudspeaker systems.
Deep product application knowledge and understanding of full-system solutions
What is Nice to Have
Experience with industry software like EASE, Soundvision, LA Manager, ArrayCalc, R1, and Q-Sys is beneficial.
Experience with measurement systems like Smaart and or Systune.
Experience with 2D/3D applications like Solidworks, Revit, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is beneficial.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications like InDesign and Illustrator is beneficial.
What Makes You Eligible
Be willing to travel up to 30%, domestic and international travel.
Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA.
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
