POSITION TITLE: Program Manager

REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Programs


The Program Manager (PM) offers support and guidance to the teams with the aim of achieving operational excellence. The PM is in charge of a Specified Program and oversees the day-to-day operation of the teams.


  • Identifies and oversees the implementation of tools and equipment utilized with the aim of enhancing operational effectiveness, compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Performs inspections of job sites and teams to ensure compliance with company policies; local, State and Federal regulations; and customer/contractual requirements
  • Provides training to new employees on all aspects of Corrosion Prevention and Control; e.g. surface preparation and spray application techniques
  • Identification of field operational solutions that will improve productivity and compliance
  • Responsible for adding value to the organization by playing a critical role in ensuring effective execution of the core operational duties
  • Driving the quality and productivity procedures, so that they better the existing ones and help in achieving the mission of the organization
  • Closely monitors the variances in material and labor in coordination with the supervisors so that maximum profits can be gained
  • Makes sure that all the cost and production targets are achieved while adhering to the health and safety regulations
  • Works with customer to meet mutual goals
  • Assist the Business Development department in the identification of emerging customer requirements
  • Must be willing to travel at least 25%
  • Performs other assigned tasks in a Professional manner


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; military experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Must pass Coating Inspector Program Level 1 Certification through the National Association of Coating Engineers (NACE) International
  • Must pass an OSHA respirator medical evaluation
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and have good relationship building skills
  • Be a self starter and should be able to motivate others to improve their quality of work
  • Be well organized and have excellent time management skills
