We are looking for an extremely detailed oriented individual with a positive attitude to join our team! We are a growing vehicle service contract company looking for the right person to help and be the GLUE that we need to stay organized and continue our growth. If you have customer service experience and can multi task administrative duties, this is the job for you.
You will have the following duties:
- Keep track of all customers' information utilizing both our CRM and Google Docs.
- Follow policy and procedures to ensure checks and balances for sales metrics.
- Handling and making calls to customers with NSF payments.
- Helping and assisting customers who may need road side assistance and dealer/mechanic assistance.
- Helping with future projections and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Qualities we are looking for :
- Must be extremely detailed oriented in organization. Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and Google DOCS!
- Must be able to multi-task numerous jobs throughout the day.
- Must be able to efficiently communicate to customers with payment or vehicle issues.
- Must be able to take direction and use creativity to help enhance our policies and procedures.
