Merry Maids Housecleaning Service is looking for an energetic individual with a take charge attitude and the desire to succeed. The successful candidate shall be a people person capable of supporting the manager and the housecleaning staff.

The main job functions include handling all incoming lead calls, generating calls to appointments, performing in home sales consultations, participating in the hiring process, and administrative functions supporting employees and customers.

We are looking for an individual who wants to be employed long term with a company that cares about and protects family life. Integrity, work ethic and good character are required qualities. We are offering a competitive $15/hr with a quarterly incentive bonus (up to $6000 or more per year).

Excellent phone skills
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required although one to two years of
college is preferred
Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel and Salesforce a plus)
Personal car for travel required (with valid driver’s license and current liability insurance
on automobile)
Ability to travel required (some overnight travel includes mandatory
training sessions and regional meetings)
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM, occasional night or Saturday
