Our Technical Sales Engineering team is made up of experts on current and future wireless technologies and they need a leader who can bring out the best in them. That's where you come in. You and your team will partner with all our T-Mobile for Business sales channels (Public Sector, Indirect, Enterprise, and Regional Sales) to provide post-sales support to include Customer Care escalations and technical data support. As well as provide pre-sale support to our T-Mobile for Business Dedicated Expert team.
You'll understand T-Mobile core network and the engineering teams that support the core network and is heavily focused on the overall customer experience including key initiatives that drive profitability and growth.
We'll also look to you to manage strategic relationships with a wide range of business partners throughout the organization, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Realization, TFB Marketing, Technical Care, and Training leadership teams

We're looking for someone with at least 5-7 years of experience in wireless technology, with a broad understanding of product development, marketing, sales, and service models
You've had 5+ years' experience in building winning teams and done your fair share of implementing technical partnership strategies
You pride yourself on driving solution sales strategies that create loyal customers
If you've provided Tier 3 pre and post-sales support to national B2B sales teams in the past, even better
You've also proven that you can successfully manage a budget, meet specific business objectives, and nail those performance metrics
A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred for this position, while MBAs are more than welcome
Last but certainly not least, we're in the market for someone who has experience using customer-focused research to drive both product innovation and satisfaction
