We are hiring for a Licensed Bilingual (Spanish) family therapist for our outpatient program.
Provide bilingual home-based FFT family therapy sessions. Spanish-speaking; Certified in FFT for families with adolescents, 10- 18. This is a full-time 40-hour week exempt salaried position, utilizing a flex schedule.
High degree of travel to family homes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, education or other relevant human service profession, LCSW, LMSW or LMHC, with two years’ experience in children and family services. Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes. Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team. Very good interpersonal/communication and strong clinical skills. Ability to internalize and work within the FFT philosophy and model.

· Provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based FFT family therapy sessions.
· Carry a caseload of 10 to 15 families for a duration of 8 to 26 weeks.
· Schedule sessions according to family availability.
· Actively participate as integral part of the CCBHC multidisciplinary team including family care plan and collaboration.
· Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports.
· Perform the basic accountability tasks related to the job, which include compiling and maintaining all necessary records.
· Assist administrative staff in collection of information for program effectiveness.
· Provide clinical care to the children and adolescents as appropriate.
· Work with respect and humility for cultural diversity.
· Participate in all trainings on the Whole Family Health Model.
· And other duties as assigned
