Job Summary: The Quality Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and accurate reporting of all mandated quality measures and participates in continuous quality improvement activities within the Faith Regional Health Services organization. This individual will serve as the organization's consultant on CMS core measures, as well as The Joint Commission required metrics. This individual will also be responsible for the direct supervision of Quality Outcome Specialist Nurses. They will provide data and scorecards to the Patient Safety and Experience committee, Executive Quality committee, Board Quality, as well as physician committees to transparently share FRHS performance in quality metrics. This individual also serves as an organizational resource for patient experience data metrics and HCAHPS scores and trends.

Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or temporary permit from the State of NE
Bachelor's Degree required
Previous management experience preferred

Knowledge and experience of health care regulatory reporting requirements, performance improvement activities, principles of quality, measurement, statistical evaluation and analysis, team facilitation, organizational behavior, and management of human resources preferred.
