Commercial Millwork Company in Ventura is looking for Lead Finish Carpenter . Responsible for supervising job and managing crew of 2-5 carpenters.
We are a Small to Mid-size CNC Cabinet shop specializing in frameless cabinet production, custom furniture and millwork.
Experience: MUST have min 5 years experience installing millwork and cabinetry and leading a crew.
Good working knowledge, skill, experience and understanding of safe operation of tools such as Table saw, chop saw, panel saw, routers, laminating tools, nail gun, drills and all other tools associated with job.
Finish Carpentry skills, including installing Doors Hardware, Cabinets. Milling plus cutting cabinet parts from sheet stock on table saw. Using routers, chop saws, laminating, including gluing and applying laminates, edge banding machinery. Must be able to assist other installers with job tasks. Must be capable of lifting heavy items.
Be courteous to other employees, supervisors, other contractors and clients. Must be detail oriented.
