PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Responsible to accurately convey information pertaining to the products and services of the credit union. Answer all inquiries and respond to requests with regard to member’s accounts. Maintain excellent call standards and provide accurate information to callers. Assist members with establishing and maintaining various account types, products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer calls; resolve member concerns; and process daily transactions (or file maintenance) for members such as balance inquiry, transfer of funds, history information, etc. This includes research and/or assisting the member with Courtesy Pay and loan inquiries as well as accessing their account information through audio or Online Banking.
Exhibit a thorough knowledge of the credit union’s products and services.
Cross sell credit union products and services, open all types of new accounts, and add new relationships to existing accounts based on the member needs.
Provide excellent member service and appropriately resolve member complaints.
Respond timely to internet or email questions and requests.
Maintain the integrity and privacy of all member’s records in a confidential manner.
Handle all administrative duties to ensure members receive excellent quality service. (mailing coupons, new member information, etc…)
Possess the ability to work as a team member and consistently be courteous and professional towards members and coworkers.
Meet compliance and audit standards by minimizing documentation and error rates.
Be open to learning new processes/methods and take the initiative to apply them to the job.
Perform other various duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Sales-oriented individual with friendly and persuasive personality.
Thorough knowledge of credit union’s products and services.
Good communication, computer and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to problem solve effectively.
