Physical Therapist Clinic Director – Outpatient

We have a unique opportunity for a full-time, experienced Physical Therapist in Charlotte, NC for a Clinic Director position with leadership opportunities. Because we are an established company that is experiencing significant growth, we have ground floor opportunities for therapists that want to make their mark by sharing their expert clinical skills with a broader team of therapists and who want to take on more responsibility. This position is very entrepreneurial in nature and will assist in the responsibility of opening a new clinic in a highly desirable South Charlotte location. As a company, we are specialized manual orthopedic clinics integrating the best of manual techniques with cutting edge treatments. We are seeking a passionate therapist who enjoys spending significant hands on time with their patients, working as a team with other therapists and staff to provide the best in class service. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, and have a passion for helping others. The candidate must be able to provide verifiable history of getting exceptional results. Some additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a safe clinical environment •Mentor and manage Staff Physical Therapists • Perform patient evaluation, including all pertinent tests and measurements appropriate for required documentation in a timely manner • Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications • Manage the overall leadership and operation of the clinic • Market the clinic successfully working closely with the Marketing Reps and the VP of Sales and Marketing

This position requires: 1) A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program 2) Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist 3) 5 years of Orthopedic Physical Therapy experience 4) OCS Preferred
