As car dealer that has the pride we pride in the quality of vehicles we offer to our clients. We want to ensure that the experience they receive from us brings them back for years to come. Therefore we need a devoted office assistant that will help us stay on top of operations, increase sales and growth !

Requirements

  • Good organization and detail oriented
  • Be able to time manage
  • Work on a fast pace environment
  • 1 year DMV-Car Dealership experiencie
  • Bilingual Spanish-English
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sales oriented
  • Title Clerk “How to fill out DMV paperwork”
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • QuickBooks guru
Tasks:
  • Must be able to answer multiple phone calls at the same time.
  • Must be friendly, polite and professional at all times.
  • Must be able to proof read documents and fill out paperwork correctly.
  • Maintain appointment diary, either electronically or manually.
  • Prepare letters and documents.
  • Receive and sort mail, email and deliveries.
  • Maintain common areas with required office supplies as appropriate.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Post vehicles on various internet sites
Hourly rate + Commission
