A very well established Granite, Marble, Other Natural Stone and Quartz Fabricator in Norcross, GA specializing in turning natural stone Slabs from around the world into design elements , is seeking a Sales Representative for its Countertops Fabrication business unit to sell natural stone & quartz countertops directly to homeowners, interior designers, remodelers builders and kitchen & bath stores. We need an ambitious, dedicated, enthusiastic, tenacious, and an outgoing self starter to join us. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical to succeed in this position as is the ability to follow up existing leads as well as generate new leads for the business. This is a full time position that will cover Metro Atlanta and its suburbs. There will not be a need to travel as most of the clients come to the showroom. This individual must be highly motivated, possess a good work ethic and have a strong desire to succeed. The candidate must be able to overcome objections and meet client needs. They must have the ability to close the sale and offer continued follow up with clients while networking new clients. Duties to include cold calling in person and over the phone while forming a prospect pipeline and maintaining the current accounts. Retail & business to business sales experience a must. Kitchen countertop industry experiences a plus. Remodel / Construction or interior design industry knowledge a plus. Natural stone slabs industry knowledge a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult with homeowners, interior designers, re-modelers builders and kitchen & bath stores, to have our products specified, in a collaborative and productive manner. Prepare a detailed quote encompassing all the various aspects of the scope of work to be done responsibly & the cost involved and ensures that timely follow ups are done in order to result in sales. Secure new business by actively & quickly continuously recruiting new customers. Communicate the Clients requirements in detail to the fabrication team to ensure orders from clients are fabricated accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with and act as the link between the client and the company by regularly maintaining contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively. Ensure before/after template & install follow up is done with every client and any issues needing to be resolved are done in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS 2 to 3 years in the natural stone industry with specific experience in selling Counter tops. You must be an outstanding listener and a great communicator. Be willing to work the necessary hours to reach our high expectations. Exceptional organizational skills; able to multi-task, prioritize and balance competing & changing priorities. Problem solver; quick on your toes and able to apply your resources to find creative solutions. A proven & verifiable track record of sales successes with premium products. A thorough understanding of the complete sales process from the reception / generation of a lead to providing quotes to the clients to the installation of the order and post install follow up. A Clean Driving Record We will do a Drug Screen as we are a Drug Free environment company. Experienced in cold calling and face to face sales Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated Team Player.

COMPENSATION This challenging opportunity for an ambitious, self motivated individual offers as follows Potential to earn $40,000 to $ 50,000 per year.
