TAC Home Remodeling was a natural progression from Tennesen Aluminum Corp. When the Tennesen family started in the remodeling business over 30 years ago most of the exterior products were aluminum. Windows, doors and exterior siding. As the business changed so did Tennesen Aluminum and that is where TAC Home Remodeling was born. TAC evolved into a complete home remodeling company. Which now specializes in kitchens and bathrooms as well as complete exterior renovations.

We are looking for a new Administrative Assistant to support our executive team.You will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports and other organizational tasks.

To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.

Responsobilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of order management and the operations of the sales department
  • Communicate daily with customers regarding current shipping, current sales, changes in delivery schedules, future orders, etc
  • Communicate with invetory department
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Review and analyze selling reports

Skills & Attributes Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows based programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and principals of CMS (Customer Management System)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, receive and provide feedback.
  • Experience in executing multiple tasks simultaneously and supporting a diverse set of projects and/or teams
  • 1+ years of experience of supporting senior level executives, or similar administrative experience. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrate commitment to mission, values, and policies in the performance of daily duties.
