Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Tree Invoicing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have NEXUS experience with a strong background in accounting and a passion for trees. This role involves creating and managing accurate and timely invoices for tree services, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Duties:
- MUST HAVE NEXUS EXPERIENCE
Prepare and review invoices for tree services, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies.
- Verify and update client information, including contact details and payment history.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve invoicing efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue through strategic invoicing and payment strategies.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE NEXUS EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tree invoicing or accounting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with tree care services is a plus.
- Familiarity with the industry's standard invoicing practices and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.54 - $27.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
