What You'll Do as a Sales Manager

Provide leadership and guidance to store team to ensure excellent customer service
Display and encourage positive attitudes and promote teamwork
Motivate and engage the store team
Create and support a positive and fun work environment
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing the best store team to drive performance
Exhibit professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgment
Provide store support by completing inventory counts, training associates, following food concept program guidelines, running the cash register, and stocking products
Maintain store cleanliness
Assist in managing controllable costs
Promote food service and special sales
