Full Job Description
Assist with all aspects of the preparation, presentation and production of the Lottery’s live daily game drawings and the management of the day-to-day operations of the drawing studios.
Assists the Drawing Studio and Content Production Manager in the supervision and execution of the live presentation of the Lottery’s daily drawings in accordance with official rules and procedures, upholding the integrity of the Lottery’s drawing process.
In the absence of the Drawing Studio and Content Production Manager, will oversee the Lottery drawings in strict accordance to the official rules and procedures.
Assists in the maintenance of all official documentation pertaining to the results of the Lottery drawings results.
Participates in the creation of video recordings of drawings for immediate distribution.
Manages the day-to-day operations and needs of the drawing studios, including equipment testing and maintenance.
Supports the Drawing Studio and Content Production Manager in the recruitment, scheduling, and training of drawing staff.
In conjunction with Compliance, coordinates the supervision of the witness for each drawing.
Reports any incidents that may occur during the drawing to the appropriate parties.
Must be prepared to report to work under all weather conditions; drawings are conducted every day of the year, regardless of weather.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field, or experience equivalent
Experience in the execution of Lottery drawings or experience in strict adherence to rules and regulations
Familiarity with Lottery drawing equipment and rules that govern drawings
Knowledge of live studio production
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with Lottery games and promotional programs
Process oriented and extremely organized
Must be reliable, trustworthy, dedicated
Computer skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and proficiency in navigating social media marketing platforms
Experience with personnel scheduling
Employee training experience
Ability to learn and perform basic technical skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.
Desire to learn/attend training and classes pertaining to marketing of lottery products.
Ability to work well with others.
Punctuality and dependability a must.
Position includes evening, weekend and holiday shifts
