Company Overview:
Wasatch Peaks Ranch is developing and building a new private mountain resort community
located in the Wasatch Mountains just 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City. The development
encompasses 12,000 acres including 3,000 acres of private ski terrain; a Tom Fazio-designed private
golf course; and 460 private homes and homesites being developed under a multi-phase 10–15-
year buildout. This multi-billion-dollar project will offer the most exclusive array of skiing, golf, and a
variety of other amenities in a private club setting.
Position Summary:
"The Basket Check Representative will be responsible for ensuring a top-notch experience for
members, guests, and prospects by offering personalized services. They will provide baskets for
members and their guests to store personal items during skiing or overnight/multi-day ski visits."
Job Description and Focus:
Provide personalized and professional concierge services for members and their guests, including:
- Offering friendly and specialized attention while handling basket storage needs.
- Responding promptly to incoming calls and emails to impress members, guests, and prospects with our responsiveness and local knowledge.
- Warmly greeting members, guests, and prospects visiting the club.
- Assisting the events team in planning and scheduling special events, parties, or meetings.
- Supporting the membership team with member relations, assembling/delivering member welcome packages, member orientations and tours, and peak period operations at member hosting locations.
- Working closely with WPR teams to consistently enhance the member experience and attending team, department, and company-wide meetings as required.
- Performing other duties and working on special projects as assigned or required.
- Maintain a clean, organized basket check and boot-up area, including day use complimentary storage.
- Properly retrieve all items left behind at the end of the day, log them into Lost & Found, label them accordingly, and store them in the secure basket check area. Provide personalized and professional concierge services for members and their guests including, but not limited to: skis, helmets, poles, gear, outerwear, personal items, children’s apparel, games, toys, clothing, phones, keys, gifts.

License or Safety Requirements:
Experience with Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel preferred.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma, GED equivalent or higher required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A minimum of three to five years in a resort, club or hospitality industry setting preferred.

Physical Requirements/Must have the ability to:
- Visually inspect all work areas.

- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
