Position Overview: The overall remit of the Marketing & Digital Services (MDS) Team is to design, deliver, commercialize, and operate scalable capabilities that support The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCC) continued delivery and innovation of digital content across digital channels worldwide, and includes capabilities such as Content & Creative Services, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Management (for internal and external websites); Social Media Marketing, and Digital Analytics. The team is focused on serving our Marketing/Growth and Public Affairs & Communications teams worldwide with the right solutions that help them deliver their messages both more efficiently and more effectively around the world.

Reporting to the Business Process Automation Director, the Business Process Automation (BPA) Product Manager will act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and development teams, responsible for leading and owning the product vision, goals and roadmap for the most strategic projects built in the BPA platforms. This role will define and execute processes necessary to determine the business priorities of an industry leading organization, including primary research, financial assessment, return on investment, costs, and impact to user experience. This role will help develop product management processes, programs, and internal reports, while helping promote product management programs.

Responsibilities

Product Management :
In partnership with product business owners, lead the product vision and strategic development process aligning with company objectives to include multi-year product roadmap development and periodic review processes that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan
Own the product, identifying problems and meeting needs of internal and external customers, defining and prioritizing product requirements, leading agile development process, executing timely product launches and continuously enhancing and optimizing performance
Build the business case for new or revised proposed products and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive and risk analysis, industry best practices and product development timelines. Drives the business case for change via (financial/ROI) analysis to quantify & determine the value to the company of a current or potentially new system/application
Drive product ideation to launch efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, and working with IT team to facilitate development, testing and launch efforts
Identify product and feature success metrics/business KPI's, analyze performance on a daily/weekly basis and conduct data analytics to prioritize future development and identify new product opportunities
Develop product marketing plan and collaborate with technical, creative and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations
Envision and define the future state of corporate process automation products and services, focusing on features that deliver real client value and drive client retention and adoption

Vendor Management:
Develop mutually beneficial relationship with selected technologies, leading vendors along an informed and well-defined roadmap to meet the company's objectives
Assess legacy software development/implementation and product management structures and processes, partnering with IT stakeholders to align on improvement recommendations
Serve as liaison for end users and third-party vendors, creating user stories and translating business requests into technical requirements for the development team
Plan, prioritize, and manage development requests from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial and corporate objectives in their business segment through their thorough understanding of company-wide business segment needs
Organize and maintain each project's respective backlog through grooming sessions, daily standups, and sprint planning
Perform vendor research and due diligence to ensure selected partners will meet current and future needs; lead ROI analysis; support contract negotiation

Delivery/Enablement Management:
Foster close relationships with key constituents to validate product strategy and roadmap, gathering requirements and product feedback to be incorporated into the product roadmap
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on time and quality delivery of initiatives by managing bottlenecks, issues and risks, balancing the business needs versus technical constraints, and escalating issues and risks to drive solutions as necessary
Coordinate and manage release of BPA products, including plan, prioritize, and deliver systems features; also perform and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation approval
Interview product/business owners, perform market research, market validation and whitespace analysis to uncover both unmet needs and disruptive innovation opportunities for existing and new features and functionality
Support execution of go-to-market planning and engagement to gain successful product adoption
Serve as primary representative for project team and internal stakeholders, articulating data analytics to drive value to business partners, writing product specifications and working directly with other product teams during development cycle.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Related Work Experience: 7+ years experience
Able to create and maintain standard project deliverables for multiple projects such as: technical product specifications, requirements backlogs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, timelines, project plan, etc.
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
Strong analytical and quantitative skills for using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; complimented with ability to succinctly define a story, suggest a set of requirements and justify the prioritization of business objectives
In-depth experience working with 3rd party vendors to deliver results with a proven ability to dive deep in understanding the product, business and competitive landscape
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Demonstrated effectiveness in working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
Execution focused, owner mentality with willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
Experience with Salesforce.com or CRM platforms preferred
Ability to interpret customer satisfaction reports and develop a strategy and plan for addressing concerns
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and to direct others' work.
