Looking for a licensed therapist (LCSWs or LPCs) who can work 10-30 hours a week including at least 2 evenings. Varied caseload, generally fairly high functioning, motivated clients.
Experience with a variety of common conditions is important. High prefer comfirt seeing children as well. a plus would be a specialized service as well- EMDR for trauma, ERP for OCD, hypnosis, nurtured heart, EFT, mindfulness, play therapy, ADHD certification, DBT, etc... also willing to pay for training in one or more of these certifications for the right candidate will otherwise excellent skills and positive attitude .
Overall vibe of practice is upbeat, positive, warm and down-to-earth. We look for therapists with a can-do, friendly attitude. Many clients also see us for neurofeedback, so openness to natural treatments and supplements is also a plus.
We are a very professional setting and do not require you to get any of your own referrals. As long as 2- 3 evenings are included in hours, there is great flexibility of schedule. Sessions are a mix of in person and virtual.
Per diem- $60 per 45 min session. $70 for 60 min session.
Salaried option: available for therapists working from our Clifton NJ office: $40,000/ yr for 3 day a week/ 24 hour/ week commitments (must include evenings, eg 11-7:30 or 12-8:30); or $55,000/ yr for a 4 day a week/ 32 hr/ wk commitment
Tax benefits include w2 Payment (saves you self- employment taxes- makes income higher than it would be if on a 1099). 401k also offerred.
We do all advertising, initial appointment scheduling, billing, etc... for Clifton providers we also provide a beautiful office for in person sessions...
