Tuknik Government Services (TGS) is hiring a Capture Manager. This is a direct, full time position with our company working at our office in Fairfax, VA.

Work as a member of the capture team to identify and win new business with federal clients through applying expertise in the business development life cycle from opportunity identification through shaping, capture and proposal, and contract startup and execution.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Leverage Koniag leadership and subject matter experts and existing and new client relationships within the targeted client community to win new work.
Use experience with capture and business development while leveraging functional knowledge and expertise to build new business.
Lead complex negotiations with teaming partners to build teams and support sizable procurements.
Lead captures for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients’ requirements and buying patterns, developing comprehensive technical solution options, and building a cost-competitive team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid.
Work with the Koniag business development team to drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, client assessments, and strategic planning efforts to support expanding specific client-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline.
Manage key stakeholder relationships and keep the business leadership team informed and engaged in advancing strategic partnerships with clients and industry partners.
10 years capture management, business development and federal market experience focused on growth in Federal Civilian or DoD markets
5 years of experience in management of complex solutions and development capture efforts for government clients
Demonstrated experience and results in targeting select markets, identifying, qualifying and winning new business opportunities
Experience with successful execution of all phases of a large capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win analyses
Experience with leading large captures and developing competitive technical solutions
Possess versatile and persuasive written and presentation communication skills
Ability to use internal and external resources to build and manage a proposal team and deliver high quality proposals
Ability to show expertise in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
Education: BA or BS degree required
