Duties:
Tenant Relations: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build positive and trustful relationships with tenants, actively listening to their concerns and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
Work Order Coordination: Oversee the timely resolution of property maintenance and repair work orders, collaborating with vendors and contractors as needed.
Emergent Call Response: Be available for on-call duties during evenings and nights, promptly responding to property emergencies and critical situations, and coordinating necessary repairs or assistance.
Vendor Management: Engage and negotiate with reliable vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality work and cost-effective solutions for property maintenance and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, with hands-on skills in property maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with local property management regulations and fair housing laws.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as well as respond to property emergencies during non-standard hours.
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and prioritize urgent matters effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills to address tenant issues with care, empathy, and prompt resolution.
