Location: Zionsville or Carmel, IN
Compensation: $21-$25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Your Role:
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic. From welcoming patients to managing front office operations with enthusiasm, you'll ensure our team stays motivated and our patients feel valued. Your responsibilities will include patient interactions, scheduling, managing supplies, and finding innovative ways to improve office efficiency. You’ll be supported by our virtual PCC, Kathy, who works remotely from West Virginia, ensuring a smooth, collaborative workflow.

What We’re Looking For:
- Sales and Interpersonal Skills: Sales experience, especially in a healthcare or cash-based setting, is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Healthcare Experience: Familiarity with EMR systems and a background in healthcare or front desk roles is preferred.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic tools like Excel.
- Collaborative Spirit: A proactive and positive team player who can adapt, organize, and innovate.
