Position Summary

The Accounting and HR Associate is responsible for inputting, editing and reconciling data on a daily basis. Additionally this position will have some clerical duties related to human resources. The Accounting Assistant will assist the Business Administration Department in serving external and internal clients with speed, accuracy, and friendliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily ARC reconciliation and the weekly ARC settlement.
Perform Quality Control Checks.
Communicate with front office agents to correct and edit invoiced data.
Generate and distribute reports daily/weekly.
Send out invoices and statements and handle customer inquiries.
Edit data that will be sent to our client reporting system.
Reconcile hotel and car payments.
Reconcile payments received
Issue payments to vendors
Credit Card Reconciliation and Researching mystery (undocumented) charges
Journal Entries
Petty Cash Reconciliation and Gift Certificate issuance
Assist the HR Manager with duties such as editing time cards, benefits administration and new hire documentation
Other duties as assigned, it is critical that there exists an attitude of 100% All In and 100% Engagement.
Requirements

Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position! You must be dependable.
Strong attention to detail & highly organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent Computer Skills.
Associates's Degree or equivilant required
Previous Accounting experience preferred
Previous Human Resources experiences preferred.
Ability to climb one flight of stairs and sit at a desk most of the day.
