As an Information Operations (IO) Team Lead, you use your specialized functional, technical, and military experience and your attention to detail to manage and support the Red Team, Mission Assurance, and Cyber-Support Detachments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.
As an IO on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for the Army. As the authority on your team, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like Data Science and Cyber. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. 6+ years of experience with supporting the red team capability in executing effects-based cyberspace operations ISO Army and Joint exercises, conducting operational vulnerability assessments, and establishing and maintaining PCO ISO persistent penetration testing (PPT) cyber-campaigns
6+ years of experience with supporting the mission assurance capability in conducting cyber-to-physical (control systems) assessments, integrating mission assurance capabilities ISO operational technologies and infrastructure assessments, assisting with certifying Army PENTESTING programs, providing doctrine and policy development, and supporting protection assessments
6+ years of experience with supporting the cyber-support detachment with developing and maintaining remote operation capabilities, building and maintaining attack platforms, and tool and exploit development
MA or MS degree in Business Management or a technical field
DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III Certification or Information Manager (IAM) Level III Certification
Nice If You Have:
6+ years of experience in integrating and synchronizing IO
Experience as an IO Planner, Field Support Team, or Cyber Support Detachment team member
Experience with recognizing and analyzing information that affects military operations, national policies, and objectives
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
