Job requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering, advanced degree preferred
Up to 5 years industry experience with at least 2 years of as a project or technical lead
Background in aerospace or defense programs
Ability to navigate and influence other functional groups in order to meet project objectives
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance, therefore you must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance
Strong organizational, communications and problem solving skills
Experience or working knowledge in use of OrCADâ, PADS, PSPICEâ, LTSpice or equivalent design tools
Ability to prioritize and manage more than one project simultaneously with moderate supervision.
Technical background in analog or power electronics
Awareness of printed wiring board, and circuit card assembly design and packaging best practices
Experience or working knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation and test
Experience in generating design, analysis and test documentation
A comprehensive understanding of the product development process
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance, therefore you must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance

Job responsibilities:
Will lead projects from concept through initial production in an integrated product development team environment
Will work into role of providing customer support during all phases of design, development, and qualification including proposals, design reviews, inquiries and sustaining engineering tasks
Will facilitate and ensure adequate peer and/or subject matter expertise representation at design reviews
Will manage/status the design, test and documentation tasks
Will contribute or lead in systems design and requirements development
Will apprise management of progress and issues on a regular basis

Work Environment:
Position entails occasional exposure to typical manufacturing environment
Business office environment requiring use of telephone and personal computer
High demand fast paced office environment
Work calmly and professionally under pressure and as needed in order to meet deadlines or Company commitments
Limited travel
