RN or LPN Home Care
Description:
- Provides and coordinates skilled home care services including the necessary documentation regarding client care according to the client plan of treatment.
- Successfully communicates with the office, physicians and other agencies providing services to a client.
- Provides clinical direction and supervision to the Home Health Aide(s) and LPN(s) providing care to the client.
Requirements:
- Vent experience or ability to train with client.
- A thorough understanding of confidentiality.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or LPN, eligible to practice in the State of Michigan.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of home health nursing and caregiving.
- Willing and able to meet the agency need for professional nursing services.
- Positive, professional interpersonal skills.
- Meets CEU requirements for licensure.
Salary Range:
Licensed Practical Nurse starting $28.00/hr.
Registered Nurse starting $32.00/hr.
