Noelle is looking for an energetic intern willing to learn every aspect of the sales process by aiding managers in the Sales, Catering and Marketing departments. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will contribute 12-5 hours a week to the Noelle team in exchange for academic credit.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Typing up contracts
- Creating group resumes
- Placing event orders with the Banquets department
- Pursuing sales leads
- Working with clients to ensure events are executed flawlessly
- Declared major in business, communications or related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- 12-15 office hours per week (based on student’s schedule)
