The primary role of the Moderator is to support our Decision Intelligence practice by humanizing customers, our learnings and insights, empowering our customer centric clients to make better decisions. This person is responsible for continuing to build our intellectual capacity, identify new approaches, techniques and technologies to bring customers to life and drive strategic decisions through a qualitative lens.


Moderating various traditional and non-traditional qualitative techniques to bring our clients closer to their customers and humanize them in a way that will solve business challenges
Provide value-added insights and consulting capabilities through a strong business acumen
Excel at uncovering client’s business challenges and key decisions and the ability to help solve them
Ability to identify creative qualitative approaches to glean new insights that inform confident client decisions
Be a thoughtful leader (both internally and externally) for customer-centricity and humanization of insights
Deliver key insights and recommended actions in a persuasive manner that influence client decisions and drive the decision-making process
Easily build strong relationships with co-workers and clients alike through collaboration, expertise and approachability
Serve as a strong mentor with a proven ability to develop qualitative minded, consumer-focused colleagues
Pursue continued personal, professional and technical development to share with our clients and organization
Excel at creating strategic, compelling and actionable deliverables to drive change and decision-making within client organizations
Contribute to and seek out a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative working environment
Immerse in and facilitate a variety of different customer-centric engagements to gain empathy and inform business decisions
Demonstrate current, and the ability to establish, strong client loyalty based on their overall consultative capabilities
Desired Skills and Experience

6+ years of experience working in an advertising or qualitative agency, including vast knowledge of business/marketing strategy and strong moderating experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology or related field
Experience applying qualitative techniques to answer business objectives
Track record of positive, direct management of a team and experience developing and retaining the talent within the team
Ability to convey complex conceptual topics in an easy to understand manner at professional conferences, academic meetings, business round tables, etc.
Strong client management skills and proven ability to establish solid client relationships and loyalty
Ability to organize and prioritize your time appropriately with strong attention to detail
