Skilled labor. Grounds and building maintenance, trail and property line maintenance, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and heavy equipment experience. Reliable, trustworthy willing to work and learn all aspects of the job. Ability to understand and operate solar and generator electrical system. Ability to understand and operate heating and plumbing systems. Drivers license is required. Chainsaw operation is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly for several hours and days in a row. Must be able to hike for 5 miles carrying 35 pounds or more, with repeated lifting and bending. Good practical experience using various tools and equipment. Capable of manual labor such as digging, raking, working from a ladder, lifting large blocks of wood and other physically strenuous tasks.
