JOB DESCRIPTION
Language Adventures, the leading provider of early childhood World Language Education in the Northwest suburbs, is currently seeking talented individuals to join our rapidly growing educational organization. We offer play-based, full immersion foreign language programs in Spanish, French, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese for children ages 1-14.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic Full Immersion programs to children between 1-14 years old at Language Adventures centers and in-school programs.
- Conduct structured activities utilizing provided materials, session plans, and training resources from Language Adventures.
- Employ physical movement and high energy levels to ensure the success of Full Immersion experiences in achieving educational goals.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Language Adventures' program quality and support its continuous growth.
- Conduct program demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential school clients.
- Communicate effectively with parents during drop-off and pick-up times, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns.
- Actively participate in mandatory periodic teacher trainings and meetings to refine teaching skills and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
- Flexibility to travel to Language Adventures centers and in-school programs (greater flexibility opens doors to more opportunities).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
