The Marketing Manager / Director is responsible for:
Focus is sorely on sales building and emotional connections
Creating a Monthly Marketing Plan and execution of that plan
Advanced Communication of all Marketing Events with Leadership Team
Detailed Event Plan and Budget with Purchase Requests
Generating new Catering Customers and Events
Creating and execution of Marketing Events (i.e. Family Night, Toddler Time)
Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work on Events
Execution of delivery and setup for Catering Events
Delivering a remarkable dining experience for all our Catering Events
Marketing POP Creation and Execution
Social Media and Website Management
Sampling Management
CFA ONE Coordinator
A-List Coordinator
Ensure P.O.P. materials are up and all store merchandising is well coordinated
Management of all advertising and social media (Facebook, Twitter, website, etc)
Implement and execute leveraging food by delivering trays and blitzing products weekly and tracking all items
Develop and execute cross promotions with other merchants in the surrounding area (car dealers, hotels...)
Represent the Operator, when necessary, and Chick-fil-A at community events
Create new strategies for building brand awareness in community business and organizations (contests, award nominations, etc.)

MEASUREMENTS:
How will we know if the Director of Marketing is doing a great job?
Increase in predetermined % of sales due to targeted marketing efforts
Increased social media engagement
Increased number of participants in restaurant events and promotions

QUALIFICATIONS:
What qualifications do we expect the Director of Marketing to have?
Pursuing or possess a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or related discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
Outgoing person with a high Relationship IQ
Strong project/time management skills
Self-starter with strong follow through on assignments
Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal direction
Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change
Detail oriented and organized
Previous restaurant experience a plus
We are looking for energetic, positive Team Members to join our leadership team.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
