Rockstar is seeking a Trust & Safety Senior Enforcement Analyst to join our growing team in NYC. This role will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of enforcement processes. It will include continuously improving harm detection, safety features, and impact analysis. The successful candidate will have experience implementing detection and enforcement solutions at scale and using data to measure efficacy and inform strategic decisions.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
- The Trust & Safety team at Rockstar Games enables a safe and inclusive player experience for users across our games and services.
- We reduce the exposure to harm and other forms of abuse in our online games.
- Support the implementation of specialized abuse enforcement strategy
- Develop internal methods to scale enforcement with a focus on risk detection and mitigation
- Help design metrics to measure risks and impact
- Carry out root cause analyses and execute solutions in response to evolving conditions
- Oversee strategic projects from conception to implementation
- Manage cross-functional relationships to develop and enhance relevant tools, solutions, and processes, working closely with Policy, Operations, Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams
- Trust & Safety experience and dedication to building world-class online safety solutions
- Experience with risk detection, building safety products, and delivering insight and analytics
- Familiarity with machine learning in risk detection and content moderation
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis to influence program objectives and arrive at data-driven solutions
- Proven ability in designing, owning, and improving processes across multiple cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with cross-functional partners and vendors
