Position Title: National Continuous Improvement Manager – Policy Deployment and Skill Development

Reports To: Global Lead - PEAK RSL PACS & Foundations

A Center of Excellence with a deep competency in implementing PEAK PACS (Processes, Applications, Capabilities, and Systems) in Supply-Chain and Transactional settings is a crucial element in our future success. The National Continuous Improvement Manager – Policy Deployment and Skill Development works to support development, deployment, and maintenance of the standards for Results Deployment, Skills Leadership and Foundations, critical components of PEAK required to drive business results.

Job Summary:
The National Continuous Improvement manager will support the Global Lead in development of methodology, standards, training, pilots, and governance for Policy Deployment, Results Deployment, Skills Development, Engagement, and Skills Leadership. Including Loss Analysis, Cascading KPI Alignment, Cascading Reviews, Master Planning, Change Management, Skills Development, Cascading Communications, Recognition, and Quick Kaizen. The successful candidate will align and support execution against the Master Deployment Plan for the building of capability and implementation across the organization to meet defined goals and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Division, Function, and Site leaders in coordinating, developing, implementing, and tracking their RSL and Master Plans.
Develop an overall understanding of PEAK and how RSL links with other PACS.
Facilitate meetings, kaizen events and workshops to solve urgent business needs.
Support execution against established key measures of success for RSL that tie directly to lagging performance measures.
Teach, mentor, and coach Divisional, Functional, and Site leaders on how to apply the appropriate roadmaps and tools to a range of priorities.
Manage balanced performance measures Quality, Productivity, Cost, Service, Safety, People.
Ensure a clear “line of sight” is established between the Organization’s Strategy and the objectives of each team.
Build capability and deploy systems to optimize value streams and work processes.
Work with local leaders, build resident PACS teams, systems, and leaders linked to corporate strategy within the organization.
Network with other global and organizational leaders to learn and share “Best Practices”. Perform regular & periodic validation.
Provide insight and perspective in support of the global PEAK Agenda.
Provide analytics and business intelligence to support project selection, root-cause analysis, project validation, etc.
Ability to travel up to 70%, at times may be internationally.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and DMAIC Green Belt or Equivalent preferred.
Strategic and tactical Lean, TPM, Lean, Six-Sigma or equivalent Continuous Improvement (5 years).
Mission Directed Work Teams, Policy Deployment, Goal Alignment (or equivalent).
Project Management experience leading large cross-functional or multi-location projects and timelines.
Experience managing within a Continuous Improvement environment utilizing methodology (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma) with direct hands-on experience with and focus on Policy Deployment, Goal Alignment, Education & Training.
Excellent organizational, analytical, influence, and communication skills.
