Help Desk Manager
CACI Products Company (CPC), a well-established Reston Virginia based company is seeking a seasoned Help Desk Manager to support our ever-growing organization. Applicants selected must be able to maintain a U.S. Government-issued security clearance; therefore, U. S. Citizenship is required.
The Help Desk manager role is an exciting one with a lot of growth potential. Some of the key things for a help desk manager are attitude, customer focus and capability. Ideally, looking for someone that is great with people, strong problem solver, creative, good under pressure and that can manage, mentor and do!
Qualified candidate will possess the below expertise and be able demonstrate the depth of their knowledge during an interview:
Great attitude coupled with outstanding people and customer service skills
Solid technical background with strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Experience leading a team in a high-growth and changing environment
Ability to identify and maximize opportunities for continual improvement
Successfully manage multiple competing priorities with a focus on customer success
Adept at mentoring and growing team members
Well versed in Microsoft, Linux, Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and Cloud
You do not need to be an expert in every aspect of Information Technology, but you must possess a good attitude and desire to learn.
