OSPTA Home Health Care is seeking a full time Licensed Physical Therapist to provide services in Mon Valley, Washington and surrounding areas.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: To evaluate a patient’s neuromuscular and/or musculoskeletal function through the administration of diagnostic and prognostic assessment of muscle, nerve and joint function. To develop a plan using treatment techniques based on the individual patient’s needs. To report findings to referring physician in order to coordinate care. To provide care as needed and/or supervise care provided by the PT Assistant. To delegate duties to the PT Assistant when appropriate
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

PT Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of an approved physical therapy program; licensed to practice, or eligible for licensure, in the state in which they practice; have good oral and written communication skills; demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service.
